I'm Danielle DuVernay and I want to welcome you to my yoga video. I'm hoping that all

of you who've been watching my try-ons are going to follow me doing yoga. I'm very new

at yoga so don't worry if you've never done it before because we're going to start with

some breathing exercises and some stretching exercises. And every video that we do will

add to it. So I'm learning too and I need to share. I am 65 years old. I have a total
